    A fantastic location in the heart

    Stepped out into vibrant streets alive with culture and history. The warm assistance from the staff.

    The room was quite small and felt a bit dark at times. The breakfast selection was basic but satisfactory.

    The location was EXCEPTIONALLY NICE to attractions outside the city wall. Staff was super really helpful. We had room which had a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control and was beautifully decorated and well furnished.

    I loved the location in the ancient city. It made exploring so easy. The staff were very helpful, assisting with tickets and directions. My room had beautiful decor, and the bedding was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was varied enough, catering to different tastes, which the kids appreciated. Soundproofing was an issue. I could hear conversations from the reception area early in the morning. The cleanliness could improve. The slippers were reused and looked dirty. The futon room felt cramped compared to the other rooms. I enjoyed my stay overall but felt it didn't fully meet the 5-star standard.

    The hotel is just a few steps from the South Gate and is situated along a lively street, made my morning walks to the Ping Yao Temple of the City God enjoyable, allowing me to soak in the local culture and history. The staff were friendly and fluent in English.

    This place was a gem with its cozy Deluxe Family King-bed Room and the awesome free train station pick-up! I loved relaxing with a foot massage and enjoying the peaceful garden area too.     The hotel is conveniently located inside the ancient city. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable bedding. The staff were very good too assist us, from helping with luggage to providing a free train station pick-up service. Breakfast had a nice selection that catered to both Western and Chinese preferences, excellent for our kids.
